| Description | The paper is dedicated to the proposed amendment of illegal work included in the Act on Employment. The purpose of this amendment is to facilitate the state authorities to control the illegal work and imposing sanction for its performance. The reasons leading the legislature to amend the definition of illegal work are analysed in more details. Due to the close relation of the formulation of definition of illegal work to the definition of dependent work in the Labour Code, the paper also contains evaluation of possible impacts of adoption of the changed definition of illegal work on private law relations regulated by the Labour Code. |
