| Description | The article deals with the effects of entire agreement clause (as an institute of Anglo-American law) in Czech law, i.e. to what extent it can exclude the application of non-contractual circumstances (various communications of the parties before the conclusion of the contract, pre-contractual communications and the content of previous contracts between the same parties) to the interpretation of a particular contract. |
