| Description | The prohibition of reformatio in peius is most often associated with criminal proceedings or administrative criminal proceedings, as it is expressly provided in the law for both of these types of proceedings. It is forgotten that it also applies - albeit with certain exceptions - to civil court proceedings, although it is not regulated in the rules of civil procedural law. The article deals with the projection of this prohibition in civil proceedings. |
