| Description | Ex vivo and translational research is in demand of further experimentation and a better understanding of the cardiac models to perceive the relativity between cardiac polymorphology and malignant ventricular arrhythmias. In our study, we aimed to analyze how body weight, coronary flow, and the induction of ventricular arrhythmias can be related to each other. We used our model for the introduction of I-R injury which encircles 15 minutes of stabilization followed by 40 minutes of ischemia with 5 minutes of reperfusion. |
