Description | Empirical research into the issue of well-being is currently one of the dominant areas of psychology, primarily in an effort to identify factors that can support the quality of human life, personal well-being and health. Participation in the maintenance and development of folk culture and traditions, such as folk dance, music or traditional crafts in the Czech environment, is perceived as a possible predictor of experienced well-being due to its community nature and orientation towards a culture of sharing. The aim of the project is to find a relationship between the active role of man in the maintenance and development of folk traditions and the degree of well-being experienced by the population of South-Eastern Moravia. In the Workshop there were presented the original research outcomes. |
