| Description | The paper is dedicated to the changes in the mutual relationship between two men who were closely associated with administrative law: Professor Jiří Hoetzel from Prague and Professor František Weyr from Brno. Their relationship went through a series of vicissitudes. Overall, however, it moved from the initial professional rivalry, which also carried over to the personal level, to a later mutual rapprochement. This was mainly due to their cooperation on the Dictionary of Czechoslovak Public Law and their involvement in the Board of Experts involved in the preparation of the constitution after the Second World War. |
