| Description | Balancing the rights of the founder and beneficiary of a Czech trust fund is a crucial aspect for the survival of the trust fund. It is therefore advisable to set the right balance between the rights of the settlor and the beneficiaries already when the trust fund is created, so that the independent position of the trustee is not compromised and the beneficiaries do not seek the premature dissolution of the trust fund. |
