| Description | This paper applies the obligation of authorities in criminal proceedings to determine the facts of the matter, about which there are no reasonable doubts to the extent necessary for their decision on proving the mens rea as a condition for the criminal offense of money laundering. Special emphasis is placed on proving the mens rea of the crime via a closed system of indirect evidence. |
