Description | The paper considers how agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship can promote the work-life balance of employees taking care for children or dependant persons. In the context of legal regulation in force and standards laid down by EU law, it analyses the position of employees performing their work in this flexible and considerably precarious labour relations. Moreover, it examines whether this form of performance of dependant work is really suitable and appropriate for both, employers and employees. |
