Description | The article deals with the possible impact of Brexit on existing international and supranational (European) obligations of the United Kingdom in the field of asylum law with regard to statements made by the United Kingdom on this issue. In this context, the paper pays particular attention to the obligations of the United Kingdom stemming from the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (The Dublin Regulation III) and the Directive 2011/95/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (Qualifications Directive). |
