| Description | The presentation focuses on diversions in criminal proceedings and their use in economic crime. It approximates not only those that are advantageous for the perpetrators (accused), such as the latest institute of plea agreements, but also draws attention to the pitfalls that concern victims of economic crime. Their claims may sometimes not be fully settled due to diversions. Certain limited possibilities are then provided for them by Act No. 59/2017 Coll., on the use of funds from property criminal sanctions imposed in criminal proceedings. |
