| Description | This paper is focused on identification of one of the subparts of house price Ripple effect. Study is conducted on the area of Czech capital city of Prague and its city districts. Ripple effect describes the impact of house price rise in region on the other regions and on of the possible explanation is through house price convergence between the source area of ripple effect and the affected region. In this paper, the source area is represented by Prague 1 city district and the possible affected areas are being represented by other Prague city districts. To test the convergence between areas of Prague, stationarity tests are adopted. Results of the tests indicate ripple effect in the particular areas of Prague. |
