| Description | With the increasing number and survival time of people with cancer, it is desirable to look for ways to improve the quality of life. It turns out that regular physical activity (PA) can have a positive biological effect on pathological changes in the body associated with oncological disease and antitumor treatment. The inclusion of regular physical activity should thus become one of the main pillars of complex non-pharmacological oncology treatment. However, it is necessary to clearly establish practical recommendations regarding counseling in the field of physical activities. However, despite the available information, the introduction of exercise programs into comprehensive patient care remains a challenge. |
