| Description | The research report summarises three years of research of opportunities and limits of participatory housing in the Czech Republic, based on an analysis of the situation abroad, the historical context and the institutional background in the Czech Republic. In the second part we present the results of field research - data analysis from research workshops in partner cities and from an exploratory questionnaire. We present findings on residents' preferences on participation issues, confidence in implementing participatory housing projects, funding issues, governance, barriers or challenges. In the final section, we summarise the opportunities and limitations for participatory housing arising from the cooperation between residents and cities. |
