| Description | The paper deals with the performance of expert activities pursuant to Act No. 416/2009 Coll., which consists mainly in the valuation of immovable property necessary for the construction of transport infrastructure owned by the state. The paper analyses in detail the requirements for valuation and preparation of expert opinion, bearing in mind the importance of expert opinion for the success of a possible application for expropriation. Therefore, it also describes how administrative authorities and courts evaluate expert opinions. Finally, possible changes in the event of the adoption of the new draft law on expropriation are outlined. On the other hand, due to its limited scope, the paper does not deal in detail with the valuation of easements. |
