| Description | The article deals with the concept of the service relationship of members of the security corps as one of several forms in which civil service relationships are exercised in the Czech Republic. The introductory part defines what a security corps is under Czech law and why it should be distinguished from the armed forces and civil servants. It is not recommended to use the doctrinal term 'public corps. The final second part discusses the development of the institution of security corps in our law, to show why it cannot be identified with the civil servants or the army. |
