| Description | The chapter deals with the evolution of two segments of the non-fiscal part of financial law, namely monetary law and foreign exchange law. It represents the development of the monetary establishment at the turn of the millennium. He mentions the process of the termination of the common currency with Slovakia and the temporary common monetary union. The chapter also devotes space to the reforms of banknotes and coins, the evolution of selected segments of monetary law, as well as the development of the external protection of the monetary system, i.e. foreign exchange law. |
