| Description | On 13 and 14 May 2022, a seminar on the above topic was held in Lucerne, led by me and organised by the Successio association. Renowned speakers, many of whom were involved in the legislative work of the respective countries, wrote country reports for Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
