| Description | In the presentation we dealt with the application of knowledge from the field of psychology, especially focusing on prejudice, to the process of judicial decision-making. We explained how prejudice arises and then analysed the decisions of Czech courts where it occurs. We pointed out that there is a need to critically reflect on this situation and raise awareness of this problem. It would be appropriate to raise this awareness, especially among judges themselves. |
