| Description | The green transformation is challenging all areas of law, including state aid law, and state subsidies are playing an increasingly important role in this change. Economic policy often tries to justify various expenditures with its contribution to climate-friendly reform. However, this social shaping function requires an overall impact assessment. The article attempts to demonstrate the problems of greenwashing under state aid law due to the promotion of electromobility. Finally, it outlines how the climate and environmental impact of a project could be assessed in the context of state aid approval. |
