| Description | The paper deals with the possibility of using evidence obtained in administrative proceedings, or in administrative court proceedings in criminal proceedings and vice versa. The first part is devoted to evidence in criminal proceedings and the second part to evidence before public administration authorities and in administrative court proceedings. Since the chosen topic is very broad and its comprehensive treatment would exceed the possibilities of this paper, the authors focused mainly on evidence in court proceedings. |
