Description | Samples printed with lower laser power and strategy S are favorable for cells, while those with higher laser power and strategy CH are better from a material functionality perspective. The optimal combination of printing parameters that satisfy both biological and material aspects lies in the middle. Osteoblasts spread best on the surface of this sample, express COL1A1 and ICAM1 the most, and show higher proliferation than on samples with the highest laser power. The tests of surface energy highlighted the need for post-processing heat treatment, a step that improved material homogeneity and reproducibility in the in vitro tests. |
