| Description | Sexual crime is fairly latent, although its severity is high and its impact on the victims is significant. The commission of sexual offences causes a very intense interference with a person's personal freedom and dignity, which impairs the physical and moral development of the victim. It affects the most intimate sphere of the victim. This paper will attempt to look at the issue from a criminological, phenomenological, etiological and controlling perspective. The interconnection of the criminological perspective with the interpretation and clarification of the legal provisions relating to the crime in question is significant. It is very important to have a deeper understanding of the risks and threats posed by sexual offences. |
