| Description | The aim of this paper is to analyse the most relevant and most important ECJ decisions from a historical perspective in relation to issues related to environmentally and socially responsible procurement and to confront the conclusions of these decisions with the legislative developments that have occurred since their issuance. The article will highlight both the individual aspects of the relevant conclusions of the case law that are also relevant in relation to the current directive legislation and the aspects of these conclusions that have already been overcome by legislative or, where appropriate, subsequent case law developments. |
