| Description | The subject of the article is an analysis of the issue of the debtor's spouse as a party to the execution from the perspective of Czech, Slovak, Polish and Italian legislation. At the same time, the contribution focuses on the mutual comparison of the legal regulations of the selected Member States in order to define their mutual differences with reference to the chosen issue. The aim of the article is to provide an overview and assessment of the most important aspects and areas of this issue for the general public. |
