| Description | The article addresses the legal aspects of animal training and other activities involving wild animal species, summarizing the legal regulations in these areas. The first part of the article introduces the issue of animal training and its significance in the context of legal animal protection. It then presents the legislative framework in the Czech Republic, especially in connection with the partial ban introduced in 2022. The final part of the article focuses on the legal differences between animal training and other activities involving wild animals, such as targeted physical activities or exercises to improve their welfare. It analyzes how lawmakers regulate these additional activities and compares the differences in various practices depending on the method of animal husbandry. |
