| Description | The workshop will start with a lecture on the basics of AI for the context necessary for its use in research. Then, we will move from the theory of how the technology works to the available, recommended, and used applications, followed by a short interactive workshop where we will work with the AI assistant of the Scopus database in test mode. After trying out the tool and getting hands-on experience with AI applications, we will look at MU's attitude towards the use of AI tools in scientific work, ethical and legal issues, and solutions, and at the end of the workshop, we will review AI in the context of open science and grant applications. |
