| Description | The paper deals with selected sexual crimes (sexual abuse, sexual coercion, rape) committed both against children and by children themselves, in the light of current changes. Both the problems related to the current criminal law and selected case law that influence the practice of law enforcement authorities were discussed. The goal of the contribution was to analyze and evaluate the necessity of changing the current legislation, or to draw attention to its pitfalls. |
