| Description | In my presentation, I focus primarily on the source base and methodology for researching elementary schooling in Moravia at the end of the 18th century. A significant part is devoted to the research possibilities of the so-called school reports from the years 1787-1791, preserved in the Školské fase collection at the Moravian Provincial Archives Brno. I also examine selected archival materials from the collections of the Moravian State District Archives, as well as documents from the Studienhofkommission collection located in the Allgemeines Verwaltungsarchiv at the Austrian State Archives in Vienna. Research questions and various methodological approaches are also discussed. |
