| Description | The publication contains the texts of papers presented at the international scientific conference organised by the Department of Slavonic Studies of the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno on 14 and 15 September 2023. The papers are classified in six sections according to their thematic focus. The basic problem of values is addressed by the authors of the papers from different perspectives, with the main focus being the axiological reflection of external processes and events in artistic, mostly literary works of various genres with overlapping into the fields of aesthetics, philosophy, and linguistics. The publication is intended primarily for Slavic studies scholars, but also for other scholars who investigate axiological questions in arts. The collection can also be used in university teaching as a supplementary source of information for lectures and specialised seminars. Contributions focusing on specific topics can be used by a wider range of readers. |
