| Description | This lecture concentrates on impact evaluation (quantitative contra-factual quasi-experimental approach) using administrative data from PES. The aim is to discuss the effects of active labour market policy, present key components and design choices affecting programs, and illustrate general evaluation issues with concrete examples from active labour market policy. The presentation of evaluation methodology and data (limitations) and lessons learned can help improve policy with a summative/formative intention. |
