| Description | The exhibition presents archival sources on the migration wave of adult Greeks, a group of prisoners of the so-called democratic army, later called monarcho-fascists. They were under constant surveillance by the state authorities, only to become victims of trials in 1953, which were staged by the communist regime of the time. Many of this group were convicted and imprisoned, then deported back to Greece the following year. This year marks the 70th anniversary of their repatriation. The exhibition reflects this event, unknown both in Czech society and among the Greek national minority in the Czech Republic. |
