Description The contamination of 115 common ticks at three locations was examined for the following pathogens: Anaplasma phagocytophilum, Borrelia burgdorferi s.l., Coxiella burnetii, Ehrlichia chaffeensis, Francisella tularensis. In ticks (101) directly collected from children at a summer camp in the Soběšice and Horní Lhotice locations, the overall positivity for all pathogens was 41.7%, of which 93.3% (42) were positive for Borrelia burgdorferi s.l and 6.7% (3) for Ehrlichia chaffeensis
