Description | Pavel Ondřejk's book Defragmentation of Law. Reconstruction of Contemporary Law as a System is another work by this author that moves on a certain thought axis between systemic and methodological conception of law. Pavel Ondřejek has a long-standing profile in the Czech and European legal scholarship as an author who deals with questions of the functioning of the legal system as both a system and an instrument of influence on life relations. Among the earlier works of this author are especially his work on the principle of proportionality, which was unique in the Czech environment at the time (The principle of proportionality and its role in the interpretation of fundamental rights and freedoms)1 and his habilitation thesis on the systemic concept of law (The Concept of Law as a system). |
