| Description | The paper deals with the criminal activity of children under the age of 15 who are not criminally responsible in the Czech Republic. It will also focus on the statistics of the most frequent otherwise criminal acts committed by children. Furthermore, the contribution briefly discusses the possibilities of dealing with them in case of committing an otherwise criminal act, even in comparison with juveniles (persons aged 15 to 18) within the framework of the current criminal law policy. |
