Description | The study brings evidence of interference of the self-emulsifying system (SES) with the function of gastro-resistant acidoresistant excipients, resulting in disruption of the dosage form performance. So far, through the stability study the issue was identified as a change of state of the plasticizer used. However, with much better dissolution performance of no-SES caffeine control samples at the time of preparation, it is imperative to carry out detailed investigations of the individual substance’s involvement. The acquired knowledge will lead to the coat formulation suitable for dosage forms with SES. |
