| Description | The ninth periodic report for the study KDO_DC1311 evaluates the safety data received by the study sponsor during the period from 10.9.2023 to 9.9.2024. The clinical trial is monocentric, taking place in the Czech Republic in one center - Brno University Hospital, Černopolní 9, Brno, 613 00, Department of Pediatric Oncology, Faculty of Medicine, MU. Patients with relapse or progression of some childhood and adolescent malignancies have a very poor prognosis for survival. This is determined by the type of primary tumor and the treatment applied so far. Currently, there are FDA-approved and ongoing clinical trial protocols dealing with the topic of high-risk childhood solid malignancies. These tumors are difficult to treat and curable with standard therapy. High-risk solid tumors are suitable candidates for immunotherapy. |
