| Description | Both the Czech codification of 1928 and the Hungarian codification of 1957 benefited greatly from the AVG. The structure, institutions, topics, style and language of the codification are largely characterised by Austrian legislation. However, this origin is concealed or even denied in both countries. This essay aims to resolve this contradiction. |
