| Description | In this article, I discuss recent legislative efforts to enshrine constitutional protections for water and the right to water. To this end, I first examine whether there is a universal human right to water, which any potential Czech legislation should build upon. I then briefly analyse the various legislative efforts to constitutionally protect water and formalize the right to water. |
