Description | The chapter is dedicated to fixed-term employment relationship and employment relationship with agreed reduction of working hours that are considered as flexible forms of employment. It analyses the manner of conclusion of employment relationship for fixed term, rules relating to maximum total duration of such employment relationship and number of its renewal between the same employer and the same employee. Subsequently, it focuses on reduction of working hours including groups of employees entitled to agreement on reduction of working hours unless it is prevented by serious operational reasons. |
