| Description | The actual law No. 363/1999 Sb., about insurance industry valid since April, 1st 2000 changed conditions for realisation of insurance acitivities in the insurance companies. New legal adjustment is harmonised with ES law and approximates the insurance practice in the Czech Republic to practice in EU members. In the paper are characterized changes valid for insuarnace institutions after April, 1st 2000. |
