| Description | Present plant invasions become not only ecological, but also economical an cultural problem. Even through the Czech republic has been more or less preserved against uncontrollable expansion of many alien species, the autochtonous vegetation is more and more endangered by them. The problem of plant invasions in the czech literature is mentioned only rarely, then this book is one of the first general informations about development, influence and risk of plant invasions. Ecology of the most invasive plants is idscussed in the second part of the book. |
