| Description | The paper presents the findings of the pre-research phase of a three-year project called "The Culture of Czech School and Strategies of its Development". The counclusions of the pre-research phase serve as a basis for terminological specification of the term school culture as well as a starting point for further exploration of the phenomenon with the emphasis on its potentials for further school development. |
