Description | Use of different enzymes and proteins immobilized on hydrophilic magnetic carriers - bead cellulose and poly(HEMA-co-EDMA) was demosnstrated in different applications: digestion of high-molecular weight RNA, chromosomal DNAs, introduction of single and double-stranded nicks into plasmid DNAs, degradation of bacterial intracellular PCR inhibitors, immunomagnetic separation of bacterial cells from food samples. |
