Description | DNaseI immobilized on hydrophilic supports - magnetic cellulose and magnetic poly(HEMA-co-EDMA) particles was prepared. Repeated use of immobilized DNase I activated by different metal ions on hydrolysis of chromosomal and plasmid DNAs was studied. |
