| Description | Pharmacokinetic factors may play an important role in the occurence and development of the drug dependence. Especially, the influence of genetic and environmental factors in the metabolism of misused drugs has been discussed, as well as the possible utilisation of modulation of the pharmacokinetic processes in prevention and treatment of the drug addiction. |
