| Description | At present, discussion about the welfare state crisis is underway in the EU. This discussion drawn attention to the phenomenon called non-take up of social benefits, which can be perceived as a crisis of welfare state targeting. As our data suggest, the Czech population is affected by factors analogous to those, which are known in EU countries. |
