Description Graves of soldiers of the Battle of Austerlitz 1805 are not only on the battlefield. Mass graves are sitated in all places where the military hospitals were established. The soldiers' mortality rates from epidemics of various diseases in these hospitals were very high. Local cemeteries were insufficient for the burial of such a large number of bodies, which is why special mass graves were establisehd for them, mostly on the peripheries of towns. The dead soldiers on the battlefield were buried in the many mass and separate graves. Some of the graves heve been yet exhumed during various building modifications. Some aim actions try to find and mark other of the graves.
