Description | The aim of work was to elaborate saving procedure enabling IMS and IMS-PCR estimation of Salmonella cells from artificially contaminated milk. Supermagnetic polystyrene particles Dynabeads anti-Salmonella were used for isolation of Salmonella cells. The efficiency of IMS was estimated after plating of captured cells on LB agar plates and using PCR. Procedure of IMS and IMS-PCR of Salmonella cells was optimalised with respect to time and material used. |
