Description | The frequency and severity of adverse effects related to sex-life were studied in patients with depressive disorder in relationship with their CYP2D6 genotype/phenotype. Subjects in which the CYP 2D6 capacity was decreased due to the long-term paroxetine treatment reported significantly higher occurence of sexual dysfunction as evaluated by the ASEX scale. |
